Barack Obama's strongest support is among voters ages 18-29.
He beat John McCain by 34 points in this group, 66 to 32 percent.
However, this age group does not turn out to vote in mid-term elections. Not good for Democrats in 2010.

I hope you're right. :)
Well, let's hope it works out that way!
Of course, a larger concern (for me, at least) has to do with finding a decent Republican in this state willing to run in 2010. Any suggestions?

This age group didn't have to live through the long gas lines of the early and late 1970's; they haven't had to live through double digit inflation; they didn't have to live through double digit national unemployment--But they soon will as Obama brings back the old high tax, big government 1970's style liberalism.
It will be interesting to see what the turnout is for the next election.
